What products are available?
For online orders, we currently offer our 12-Pack options (each flavour) and 20-Pack options (OG and Mixed). Don’t worry — more flavours are on the way! You can also visit one of our stockists to grab a single-serve tub (or a few).
How do I place an online order?
Simply choose your favourite flavours, add your preferred pack to cart, and complete checkout. Orders placed on or before the 20th of each month will be included in that month’s delivery run. Orders placed after the 20th will automatically roll over to the following month’s delivery. We only deliver to select Sydney Metro postcodes. Expanding soon!
When will my order be delivered?
We operate monthly delivery runs across selected Sydney Metro suburbs. Deliveries take place after the 20th of each month, once orders have closed. Before your delivery, we’ll contact you via SMS and/or email to arrange a suitable delivery time. As our products are delivered frozen, someone must be home to receive and place them straight into the freezer.
How do you ensure the frozen dairy treat stays fresh?
Our Zeroscoop desserts are high-protein and frozen — it’s essential they don’t melt to maintain their fresh, creamy texture. That’s why we coordinate deliveries carefully and ask that someone is present to collect your order.
Can I share my Zeroscoop experience?
Yes! Enjoy our high protein and guilt-free dessert and share it on social media. Tag us to join the Zeroscoop movement. You can also leave reviews on the website!
How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat delivery fee of $9.99 within selected Sydney Metro areas. Orders over $115 qualify for FREE shipping! Delivery details will appear at checkout.
What happens if no one is home during delivery?
Zeroscoop must remain frozen, so we cannot leave it unattended. If nobody is home to receive your order, it will be held at our local freezer hub for pickup. You’ll receive instructions via text on how to collect it.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Absolutely! We’ll contact you via SMS and/or email before your delivery to arrange a suitable delivery window. While we can’t guarantee an exact time, we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred availability and ensure someone is home to receive your frozen order.
How should I store Zeroscoop after delivery?
Keep your desserts frozen until ready to enjoy for the best creamy, high-protein texture.
Can children or teens enjoy Zeroscoop?
Yes! Zeroscoop is safe and delicious for teens and adults, but we recommend moderation as part of a balanced diet.
