Order by Thursday 5pm for same-weekend delivery! Deliveries happen on weekends only, and we’ll send you a confirmation text before we arrive — please make sure someone’s home to receive your order.

Our Zeroscoop desserts are high-protein and frozen — it’s essential they don’t melt to maintain their fresh, creamy texture. That’s why we coordinate deliveries carefully and ask that someone is present to collect your order.

We charge a flat delivery fee of $9.99 within selected Sydney Metro areas. Orders over $115 qualify for FREE shipping! Delivery details will appear at checkout.

Zeroscoop must remain frozen, so we cannot leave it unattended. If nobody is home to receive your order, it will be held at our local freezer hub for pickup. You’ll receive instructions via text on how to collect it.

We deliver within delivery windows on weekends. Exact times can’t be guaranteed, but you’ll receive a text notification before delivery.
